Alchemy of Union was born out of my deep passion for the integration or inner sacred marriage of the Divine Masculine and Sacred Feminine. It is created to support humanity in its transition toward the consciousness shift/ascension that is dawning on us around 2012.
Some of us are also called to find a sacred partner in these times, to engage in the alchemical practices of ascension together - as Jesus and Mary Magdalene did - to assist us in this most profound shift.
Imagine the deep relaxation of your whole body/mind Being -
when you no longer are afraid to feel.
To feel yourself in your places of confusion, fear and inadequacies, as well as yourself as the great mystery that sustains the entire universe. As you awaken more and more deeply, you will have the courage to meet parts of yourself that you have thought too scary, glorious or ugly to embrace.
In that embrace disappears all judgement of good and bad and all that remains is simply experiencing. No more fear of who you are or what you might discover about yourself. Through this awakening of clear feeling, you will also notice an activation of a sacred force that will propel you into your destined duty on this planet. You can no longer observe in a state of frozenness, or detachment/transcendence as this planet and the people on it are suffering from our unconscious actions. You will feel moved to act, to make a difference, to leave an honoring footprint behind. You will also come to live in deeper and deeper gratitude and sense of beauty of this absolutely astounding creation that we have the blessing to be part of.
Through yogic practice you can open up to conscious, awakened awareness - the masculine principle - by resting between postures, resting in savasana, resting between the breaths, resting as the breath itself. You will start recognizing the stillness that is ever present.
Through engaging in the postures as well as the active meditations, mudras, mantras and chants, you begin to awaken the feeling body - the feminine principle in the Universe. No longer transcendent, watching at a distance, you begin to awaken into and as the physical reality with its never ending ebbs and flows.
As you feel both coming more and more alive, your integrated awakening is being actualized. We need both - the awakening of the masculine and feminine principles - for ourselves, and the whole planet and beyond. The planet's survival rests in our capacity to really allow for this beautiful, yet at times intense and challenging process to take place.
Every moment is a tantric moment. Every moment holds within itself the potential to utterly transform you. In every moment life is making love to you, opening you to yourself. In every moment there is an opportunity to approach life differently than you did before, to be willing to feel, REALLY FEEL how you are being affected by life. Breath into it. Move through it. Literally move your body when you need to. Become fluid.
What I Offer
Workshops and Retreats internationally. During these we focus on the integrated awakening of the Conscious (masculine) and Feeling (feminine) principles.
