Amrit Nadi means "Nectar through the Meridians"
As the name suggests, this healing modality aims to release blocks in the meridians, to create of free flow of prana throughout your body.
How Blocks Are Created
Blocks are most often created through inappropriate nutrition, poor living habits (this basically means living habits that do not support you whole being), stress, traumatic life experiences and suppressed emotions.
All of the above mentioned reasons eventually cause physical symptoms of pain and disease; though at first the block energy flow will affect mostly your subtle body, like discomfort mentally and emotionally, as well as possibly a spiritual sense of disconnection .
The energy channels or meridians are all connected to different inner organs, and if the smaller blocks are not released in the earlier stages, the whole meridian will get affected in a greater way, blocking a healthy energy flow to the organs.
The Effects of a Healing Session
As your life force moves freely through your body again, you can experience a sense of peace, connectedness to your Essential Being, deeper clarity about your life and yourself as well as a sense of lightness and freedom.
This bodywork/healing works on a cellular level. Thus it aids in clearing habitual patterns and beliefs that normally prevent the full and clear expression of yourself to manifest/come forward. It allows for healing of physical and emotional imbalances. Your body will also have a much better possibility of healing itself from health disturbances due to the freed up life force.

This work is strongly guided by my spiritual and family ancestry and guides. During this work I make use of organic oils (coconut/sesame/almond), sound vibration, semiprecious stones and stones from nature. The work is deeply seated in Being, bringing together Consciousness (Shiva) and Power/Energy (Shakti).
